This is an important time for the Republican Party in Suffolk County, and we, as women, are in a unique position to help advance the ideals of the party. In order for us to be effective, we have made a commitment to focus on increasing our membership.
We live in a County of over 1.5 million residents, the majority of whom are women, 163,000 of whom are registered Republican women. We can be a powerful force. We need to unite, support good candidates, candidates that share of beliefs, and help promote women in government.
Please go to our membership page and join now if you have not already done so. And, if you’re already a member, I would ask that you consider reaching out to friends, family, and co-workers, and encourage them to join. We also welcome men to join as associate members.
It is an honor to serve as president of Suffolk County Republican Women. We have an outstanding Executive Committee and Board of Directors, who will work to promote the ideals of the Grand Old Party in a responsible and respectful manner. I would ask that you consider getting involved in our activities and events, perhaps you would want to serve on one of our Committees, help with our Journal or join one of our Standing Committees.
